Ashlee Francis

Ashlee Francis is an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a robust background in various sectors, including hospitality, trades and labor, and construction. Currently with FRS Recruitment since December 2021, Ashlee specializes in sourcing temporary vacancies for WrkWrk (formerly Get the Shifts). Prior roles include recruiting for trades and labor in Ireland, the UK, and France at Neulot, and focusing on electricians and instrumentation technicians in Luxembourg at Sepam. Ashlee has also worked extensively in "welfare to work" programs with Turas Nua, contracted by the Department of Social Protection in Ireland, and specialized in construction-related recruitment with Hays for over six years. Ashlee holds educational qualifications from James Cook University and St Margaret Mary's College.
