Renata Lemos

Renata Lemos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational culture, leadership development, and education. Currently serving as the Director of People, Education, Culture, and ESG at Instituto de Planejamento e Gestão de Cidades (IPGC Brasil) and an external consultant in Culture and Leadership at CEMIG SIM, Renata has held various consultancy and advisory roles across multiple organizations, including Inaper, Utramig, and Garcia Contracting Services. Renata is also a senior consultant at FUNDAMIG and a founder of Instituto Excelência Gestão & Cultura (IEGC). In academia, Renata contributes as a professor at ISAE FGV and Trecsson Business, specializing in human development, PNL, coaching, and leadership. Renata holds a Master's degree in Business Administration focused on People Management from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, and an MBA in Business Administration from UNA.
