Roberta Serafim

Roberta Serafim currently serves as Diretora de Gente e Gestão at Leo Madeiras since September 2023, while also mentoring at FRST Falconi since March 2021. Previously, Roberta held the position of Executiva de Gestão e Cultura Organizacional and was a mentor at FRST and Falconi Alumni at Via from April 2020 to September 2023. Experience includes serving as Gerente de RH Estratégico at Copagaz Distribuidora de Gás S.A. from June 2018 to April 2020 and as a Senior Consultant and Project Leader at Falconi from October 2008 to June 2018. Roberta holds a Pós-Graduação in Finanças from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Graduação in Gestão em Hotelaria, Turismo e Lazer from Centro Universitário UNA.
