Andrew Rotz, MBA, CFP®, CCFC, is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, operations, and leadership. Currently serving as the Founding Guide and Advisor at Fruitful since November 2022, Andrew focuses on enhancing financial wellness for early and mid-career professionals. As the Founder and CEO of Tide & Tempest Financial Planning, LLC since January 2022, Andrew leverages a strong background in the U.S. Navy Reserve, currently holding the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Previously, Andrew served as the Director of Personal Finance and Financial Literacy at North Carolina State University's College of Veterinary Medicine, where a comprehensive financial wellness program was developed for a diverse student body. Additional roles include leadership positions at Fidelity Investments and Simplicity Financial Marketing. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Military Science from the University of Florida and an MBA in Finance from NC State Poole College of Management.
