Chief People Officer

Scott Domann currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Fruitist, beginning in October 2024. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Chief People Officer at Calm from July 2020 to August 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the people function, learning and development, recruiting, and operations. Scott also served as Chief People Officer at Honey from June 2019 to June 2020, leading teams in HR Business Partnering, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity/Equity/Inclusion, and successfully doubled the size of the company while implementing crucial DEI strategies. From July 2015 to June 2019, Scott was the VP of HR and Talent at Netflix, acting as HR Business Partner to key executives and managing the employee experience. Earlier in the career, Scott worked at Spotify as Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion and HRBP for Global Revenue and Marketing. Scott earned a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas.
