Todd Mauritz

Todd Mauritz is a proactive member of the global agriculture and produce industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Development at Fruitist. With a Bachelor of Science in Applied Horticulture from Lincoln University and prior studies at Oregon State University, Todd has held roles across every aspect of the industry, including production management, sourcing, and business development. They recently concluded a direct management role in establishing a 600ha blueberry farm in Peru and have worked extensively with investment firms on business models and due-diligence assessments. Todd's focus on integrating new technology has significantly enhanced sustainability, productivity, and efficiency in agriculture.
