Candace Clark

Candace Clark is currently the RDI Project Manager at Frulact, overseeing research and development initiatives. Previously, Candace worked as a Food Scientist at Idahoan Foods, coordinating multi-department efforts for new product scale-up and innovating testing techniques for production efficiency from 2016 to 2025. Candace also contributed to significant research on bio-synthetic spider silk while serving as an Undergraduate Researcher at Utah State University, resulting in an Honor's Senior Thesis. Additionally, Candace has experience as a Cheese Scientist at Glanbia Foods, Inc., where duties included new product development and food safety program implementation, from 2013 to 2016. Candace holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering from Utah State University, completed in 2012.
