Oliver Morley-Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Oliver is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of FruPro, where they are leading the development of a B2B digital marketplace for the Fresh Produce industry. Prior to this, they served as the COO and Co-Founder of FruPro, contributing to the company's mission of streamlining the supply chain and reducing waste.

Oliver Morley-Fletcher completed their high school education at Harrow School from 2007 to 2011. Oliver then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Politics at The University of Manchester from 2013 to 2016. After that, they attended Cass Business School from 2016 to 2017 and obtained a Master's Degree in Management Msc. Most recently, from 2018 to 2021, they studied at ICAEW and earned an ACA degree in Accounting.
