Bianca Rodrigues is an experienced professional with a background in project administration and screenwriting. At Schedult from October 2021 to February 2024, Bianca provided customer support through Helpdesk and LiveChat, specialized in customer retention, trained new team members in customer service, reviewed and imported client material, and focused on enhancing team communication. Prior to this role, Bianca worked as a screenwriter for the FilmoraX - Brasil YouTube channel from February 2021 to July 2021. Currently pursuing a degree in Gestão de Turismo at Universidade Federal de Pelotas, with studies ongoing since February 2014.
