Juliane Kretzschmar

Juliane Kretzschmar is a skilled professional in the field of biology, currently serving as a Product Developer Starter Cultures at NovaTaste since February 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Molecular Biologist in Human Genetics at Diagenos from March 2019 to February 2021, and completing an internship at DIL Deutsches Institut für Lebensmitteltechnik e. V. in early 2018, focusing on the comparison of sampling methods for salmonella detection. Juliane also contributed to microbiological research as a research assistant in the Microbiology department at Universität Osnabrück from October 2016 to December 2017, and gained further practical experience as a bachelor intern at Helmholtz-Zentrum für Infektionsforschung in September 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences, both obtained from Universität Osnabrück.
