Katharina Lasser

Katharina Lasser has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Their most recent role was as Head of Product Development & Pilot plant at NovaTaste, where they managed product development for various brands. Before that, they worked as a Senior Manager Food at msg systems ag. From 2007 to 2014, they held multiple positions at Kerry Ingredients & Flavours, including Project Manager Operations, Business Development Manager, R&D Manager CEE, and Technical Support Manager Kerry Group. Prior to that, they worked at Raps GmbH & Co KG as a New Business Development Manager and Manager of Product Development international. Katharina also had a brief stint at Schaller as a Meat Technologist CEE. Katharina started their career at Symrise (Dragoco), where they held various roles including Product and Application Manager Savoury, Technical Key Account Manager for CEE, Head of Business & Product Management and Application Savoury CEE, and Auditor for ISO and HACCP systems. Katharina also led a team of up to 5 employees and provided assistance to the management for the South American Savoury application center. Before entering the food industry, Katharina worked as an MTA Virology at Immuno/Baxter.

Katharina Lasser attended the technical high school for food technology and meat application from 1985 to 2001, where they earned a degree in Food Engineering. Additionally, they also attended HTL Hollabrunn, although no further information is available regarding their degree or field of study at this institution.
