Brad Osborn

Brad Osborn has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years in the office products industry. Brad started their career as a Junior Sales Representative at IKON Office Solutions in 1992 and quickly climbed the ranks to become an Account Executive. During their time at IKON, they achieved President's Club status in their first year as an Account Executive.

In 1994, Brad joined Danka Office Imaging as a Sales Manager, where they excelled in managing and training sales representatives. Recognized as one of the top sales managers in the country, they were honored with a company trip to Monaco. In 1998, Brad left Danka to co-found Business Imaging Systems.

At Business Imaging Systems, Brad played a crucial role in growing the company from scratch to over $10 million in annual revenue. Under their leadership as General Manager, the company achieved an industry-high profit before tax (PBT), which contributed to its acquisition by Toshiba Business Solutions in 2006.

Following the acquisition, Brad was promoted to Vice President of Sales and tasked with merging Business Imaging Systems with two other acquired companies. Brad successfully managed the sales operations in Arizona and Southern California, overseeing a team of over 60 employees.

In 2005, Brad was elected to serve on Konica Minolta's Solution Advisory Council, where they collaborated with other dealers to enhance the company's software and hardware solutions. However, they left the council when their Konica Minolta dealership was purchased by Toshiba.

Brad's career continued to thrive as they joined Samsung Electronics in 2013 as the President of the Dealer Advisory Council. In this role, they represented nine premier Samsung dealers from different regions, acting as a liaison between the dealers and Samsung Corporate.

Currently, Brad serves as the Vice President of Fruth Group Inc., a decision they made to return to the Independent Dealer channel and focus on providing superior customer service compared to large manufacturers. Brad believes in the channel's ability to react faster and deliver a better service experience.

Throughout their career, Brad Osborn has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a commitment to customer service, and a knack for driving revenue growth.

Brad Osborn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Marketing from Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Brad attended the university from 1986 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Brad has also obtained several certifications in sales management and leadership. These include certifications in Consultative Selling - Questioning For Need from Toshiba Business in June 2011, Sales Management Leadership & Coaching Mastery Program from Sales Optimizer, LLC in June 2011, SMDS: Sales Management Leadership from Toshiba Business in May 2008, and Foundation of Toshiba Leadership from Toshiba Business in October 2007.
