Paolo Scalzeri

Paolo Scalzeri is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as Dirigente and Responsabile Area Freddo at Fruttagel since May 2019. Prior to this role, Paolo worked at Industrie Rolli Alimentari from March 2014 to May 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing special projects, managing budgets, structural improvements, outsourcing activities, and external contract relations.
