Fergal Gara

Fergal Gara is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including digital marketplaces, technology, and entertainment. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Fruugo.com since May 2024, Fergal previously held the position of Chief Operations Officer at the same company. Prior to this, Fergal was the Chief Commercial Officer at CMS Distribution, where responsibilities included overseeing international commercial strategy. Fergal's tenure at Amazon encompassed several director roles, leading European operations for Amazon Fashion and PC and Office Products. Further experience includes a Vice President position at Sony Computer Entertainment UK and significant roles at EMI Music and Asda Stores Ltd. Fergal holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a BE in Electronics Engineering from University College Dublin.
