Keavy Canning

Keavy Canning is an experienced accounting professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Old Dominion University. Canning began the career as a Tax & Audit Intern at Wall, Einhorn & Chernitzer, P.C. in early 2009. Following this internship, Canning progressed through various roles at AvalonBay Communities from 2010 to 2013, ultimately serving as a Senior Accountant and Accounting Manager. After a tenure as Assistant Portfolio Controller at Armada Hoffler from November 2015 to July 2023, Canning took on the role of Controller at Frye Properties, Inc. in October 2023.
