Francis Healy

Francis Healy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Francis began their career in 2010 as an Applications Engineer at Bayer MaterialScience, where they focused on plastics application development and conducted FEA analysis. In 2013, they pursued a full-time career as a Professional Mixed Martial Artist while also working as a full-time engineer at The Mat Factory. Francis competed for prominent promotions and also worked as a fitness instructor. In 2014, they briefly served as the Head Wrestling Coach at Pennsylvania State University - New Kensington. Francis then joined Westinghouse Electric Company in 2015, where they held roles as a Design Engineer and later as a Mechanical/Procurement Engineer. In these positions, they developed modifications for nuclear power plants and supported technical management oversight functions. Francis also worked on resolving obsolescence challenges and conducted Engineering Equivalency Evaluation. Francis joined FS-Elliott in 2021 as a Project Engineer and has now transitioned to the role of Project Manager.

Francis Healy attended the University of Pittsburgh from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
