Kevin Flack has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Kevin started their career in 2002 as a Bartender and Trainer at Chili's, where they worked until 2005. From 2008-2012, they held various roles at Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar, including BOH Trainer / Line Cook, Catering Manager, and Assistant General Manager. In 2012, they joined Zoes Kitchen as a General Manager and worked there until 2017. Since 2017, they have been with FS Food Group and Yafo Kitchen, where they have served as General Manager and Director of Operations.
Kevin Flack attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
