Chris Condelles

Chris Condelles serves as Head of Capital Markets and Co-Head of the CLO business at FS Investments. Mr. Condelles oversees $14 billion of liabilities across FS-sponsored funds and the FS holding company, including structuring and executing all transactions. He also manages the firm’s senior relationships with financial institutions and works on strategic initiatives.

Before joining FS Investments in 2017, Mr. Condelles spent 12 years at Credit Suisse, most recently serving as Head of U.S. Credit and Financing Solutions, where he managed an approximately $8 billion investment portfolio as part of overseeing the firm's U.S. Structured Credit Investing, U.S. Credit Repo and Credit Asset Financing businesses. He was an Executive Committee member and Global Treasurer of Credit Suisse’s Global Credit Products division with over

$2 billion in revenues and approximately $50 billion in liabilities. Prior to these roles, Chris was a senior trader across several of Credit Suisse’s esoteric credit and financing businesses. He started his career as a product controller for an interest rate derivatives proprietary trading desk and built out the middle office and operations platform for a loan and loan derivatives platform. Mr. Condelles received a BS in Financial Economics from Binghamton University, an MBA with a dual degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School, and is a CFA charter holder. He is also a board member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness in NYC, where he chairs the Finance Committee and is the Treasurer of the charity.
