Colleen O.

Colleen O. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent position was at FS Investments, where they started in 2021 as the Director of the Office of the CEO. Prior to that, they worked at Blueface, a Comcast Business Company, from 2018 to 2021. During their time there, they held multiple roles including Chief Administrative Officer, Chief of Staff to the CEO and Head of Executive Management Office, and Head of Project Management in the CTO Team. Before joining Blueface, Colleen worked at the U.S. House of Representatives from 2010 to 2017, serving as the Director of Operations and later as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Colleen also has experience in the field of arts therapy, having worked as a Dramatherapist at the Belvedere Community Center and Mountjoy Prison in Ireland. Colleen's early career involved acting and theater, with roles as part of the WillPower Tour Acting Company and as an Acting Intern at the Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival.
