Shannon Cooper

Shannon Cooper, CMM, VEMM, has extensive experience in meetings and events management, currently serving as Senior Director of Meetings and Events at FS-ISAC since January 2016, after previously holding the position of Director of Meetings and Events. Prior to this role, Shannon held the title of Vice President, Meetings and Events at Professional Development Group, where responsibilities included managing a diverse team, coordinating logistics for over 25 nationwide conferences and tradeshows, and negotiating contracts with various vendors to achieve significant savings. Shannon's earlier career includes roles as Senior Meeting Manager and F&B/Catering Supervisor at Fourwinds Resort and Marina, focusing on customer satisfaction and event execution. Shannon holds a degree in Tourism Management from Indiana University Bloomington and additional studies at Victoria University.
