Scott Sirlouis

Scott SirLouis has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at FSC Franchise Co. since November 2017. Prior to this role, Scott held various leadership positions at Fazoli's System Management, LLC from January 2002 to November 2017, including Vice President of Strategy and Vice President of Company Operations. Scott also co-founded and served as President of Burrito Joe's, LLC from June 1995 to December 2001. Scott's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The Ohio State University and an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
