Amy Chui, CCP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Total Rewards and HRIS at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Amy held key roles in various organizations, including as a Senior Advisor for Global Compensation & Mobility at Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting, and as a Consultant for People Solutions at Central 1 Credit Union. Experience at Scotiabank spans multiple positions, culminating in the role of Senior Manager for International Compensation. Previous roles also include Compensation Specialist at Vale and Senior Compensation Consultant positions at CIBC and Scotiabank. Throughout the career, Amy has demonstrated expertise in compensation strategy and total rewards management.

Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA)
The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is a new, independent regulatory agency created to improve consumer and pension plan beneficiary protections in Ontario. FSRA was established to replace the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario (DICO). The agency is flexible, self-funded and designed to respond rapidly to an evolving commercial and consumer environment.
