David Lui is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership, project management, and consulting. As a Senior Manager at the Financial Services Commission of Ontario since December 2014, David set the vision and strategy for all IT functions while leading a team of four IT Managers and overseeing 45 reports. Prior to this role, David served as a Senior Project Manager at Fujitsu Canada and held the position of IT Business Management Lead at the Ontario Pension Board, managing significant IT infrastructure and operations, including a $30 million outsourcing contract. David's background also includes roles at Xerox, Fidelity Investments, and Accenture, where a decade of experience involved managing complex, multi-million dollar IT projects for Fortune 500 companies. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from the University of Kentucky.
Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA)
The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is a new, independent regulatory agency created to improve consumer and pension plan beneficiary protections in Ontario. FSRA was established to replace the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario (DICO). The agency is flexible, self-funded and designed to respond rapidly to an evolving commercial and consumer environment.
