Mai Vo is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Senior Manager of FP&A at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario since May 2019, Mai Vo has successfully established and led a financial planning team during a significant organizational transition. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Capital Investment Analytics at Rogers Bank, where impactful relationships and extensive model building contributed to project success. Previous positions include Project Controller at Citi and managerial roles at HRG North America, Citi, President's Choice Financial, Home Trust Company, and a financial analyst position at Sears Canada. Mai Vo holds a Bachelor of Finance with a minor in Business Law from Ryerson University.
Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA)
The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is a new, independent regulatory agency created to improve consumer and pension plan beneficiary protections in Ontario. FSRA was established to replace the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario (DICO). The agency is flexible, self-funded and designed to respond rapidly to an evolving commercial and consumer environment.
