Sharon Greenidge

Sharon Greenidge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the financial services and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager in the Complaints Risk Assessment Unit at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario since December 2022, Sharon also functions as a Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach with The John Maxwell Team. Additionally, Sharon contributes as an Instructor at both the University of Toronto's School of Continuing Studies and previously at the Insurance Institute of Ontario until July 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Arthur J. Gallagher Canada Limited and Senior Vice President at both Willis Towers Watson and Marsh Canada. Sharon’s career began at Aon Reed Stenhouse, where a Vice Presidency was held for over a decade. Educational credentials include attendance at Highdown Comprehensive and the Insurance Institute.
