Sidney Fung is a Relationship Manager in Insurance Prudential Supervision at FSRA. Previously, Sidney held managerial roles at Insurance Authority, Manulife Financial Asia Limited, and AXA Hong Kong and Macau. With a background in audit management at KPMG in both US and China, Sidney has extensive experience in financial analysis, risk assessments, and performance reporting. Sidney holds an MBA from the University of Manitoba and a BBA in Accounting from City University of Hong Kong.

Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA)
The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) is a new, independent regulatory agency created to improve consumer and pension plan beneficiary protections in Ontario. FSRA was established to replace the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Ontario (DICO). The agency is flexible, self-funded and designed to respond rapidly to an evolving commercial and consumer environment.
