Denise Farthing

Denise Farthing currently serves as the Head of Operations at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme since June 2022. Prior to this role, Denise held several key positions, including Head of ELS Vendor Operations at BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions from October 2016 to June 2021, where responsibilities included managing SLA delivery and overseeing the Transformation 2020 project. Denise also served as Senior Operations Manager at Markerstudy Insurance from 2012 to May 2016, focusing on service levels across various insurance sectors, and held multiple roles at Capita IT Services, including Business Improvement Manager. Earlier in Denise's career, significant experience was gained at Gartner, first as Director of Operations from 1994 to 2004 and later as VP and Director of Operations until 2005.
