Aniekan E. Ukpanah

Aniekan E. Ukpanah is the Managing Partner at Udo-Udoma & Belo-Osagie, a top-tier law firm in Nigeria, where he heads the Banking and Finance, Projects and Infrastructure as well as the Real Estate and Intellectual Property teams. He has been recognized for his prowess as a leading project finance lawyer in Nigeria by a number of journals, including International Financial Law Review (IFLR1000), Chambers Global Legal Directory, Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal. He has also spearheaded several successful consulting and government engagements. Mr. Ukpanah sits as Chairman on the Boards of KMC Investments Limited and Camelot Security Solutions Limited; and as a Director on the Boards of Palmcoast Microfinance Bank Limited and Mythenquai Investments Services Limited (a subsidiary of Swiss Re.). He holds a B.A. Hons, Law & Economics from Dorset Institute (University of Bournemouth), Bournemouth, England and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association; the NBA-Section on Business Law; the International Bar Association; the Capital Market Solicitors Association; and the Nigerian Economic Summit Group.
