Tosa is a senior finance expert with over 27 years of international and local finance and investment experience. Prior to FSDH, He was the Founder Partner Vine Capital Partners, a Principal Investment firm focused on investing in key sectors in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to Vine Capital Partners, he was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division in New York, focused on Mergers & Acquisitions. Tosa started his investment banking career in Merrill Lynch’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York and left there in 2004 as a Director to join Goldman Sachs. He graduated with a B.sc in Accountancy from the University of Benin; received an M.Sc. in Finance from Bentley University; and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Tosa currently serves as a Non Executive Director on the boards of FSDH Merchant Bank, FSDH Asset Management Limited, FSDH Capital and PAL Pensions Limited.
