Chad Owens is an accomplished professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as Vice President at Facility Solutions Group since December 2018, while also holding the title of Director of Business Development. Prior experience includes Vice President roles at both 1st Commercial Realty Group Inc and Faris Lee Investments, as well as serving as Vice President of Operations at Faris Lee Investments. Chad’s career began with positions at Lyon Capital Ventures as Finance Manager and Makar Properties as a Financial Analyst, alongside earlier experience as a Financial & Real Estate Analyst at Edwards Theatres Circuit, Inc. Chad Owens earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate, from California State University, Fullerton, from 1995 to 1999.
