Kris Rios

Kris Rios, RCDD, OSP, FOI, and ITIL certified professional, currently serves as the Department Manager of Technology at Facility Solutions Group since September 2021, where expert integrated technology services are provided. With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, previous roles include Telecommunications Manager at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi from January 2002 to October 2021, leading information and communications technology distribution design. Kris also contributed to XO Communications from January 1998 to January 2002 as a lead technical support for Nortel Enterprise PBX voice networks and served as a Telecommunications Supervisor at Pyramid Communications from 1995 to 1999, managing a team of technicians across various projects.
