Gene Pledger

Gene Pledger is the Chief Innovation Officer at FS Group and the owner of ProAdvance, LLC. They serve as an adjunct instructor at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and are recognized as an APICS IDP Master Instructor in supply chain management certifications. Previously, Gene held the position of Supply Chain Director at D&F Equipment Sales, Inc., where they monitored commodity inputs and oversaw procurement strategies. Their extensive experience also includes working as the Prepress Director at BPI Media Group. Gene is a lifelong learning advocate with a strong focus on continuous improvement and transformation in supply chain operations.
