Fredrick Wandabwa has over a decade of experience in the security industry, with a focus on managing operations and ensuring safety and loss control. Fredrick began their career in 2011 as a Contract Manager at G4S Kenya, where they oversaw contract compliance and client relationships until January 2021. Subsequently, they joined G4S Kenya Limited as a Security Manager, responsible for security operations. In 2021, Fredrick joined Frontier Services Group as an Operations Manager. Currently, they are working in the retail industry as a Security, Safety, and Loss Control Manager.
From 2015 to 2016, Frederick Wandabwa attended KICJ, where they pursued a Diploma in Security Management and Criminology.
