Verdiana Ngowi began their work experience in 2007 as a Materials and Inventory Supervisor at Caroil Drilling Company. verdiana then moved on to Weatherford Service UK where they worked as an Assistant Logistic Specialist from 2008 to 2009. verdiana joined Schlumberger Tanzania in 2009 and held various roles including Procurement & AP, Import Export Specialist, and Segment Logistic Specialist until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Oil and Gas Client Manager at Freight Forwarder Tanzania. Currently, they serve as the Assistant Operations Manager and Commercial Coordinator at Frontier Services Group Ltd, starting in 2017.

Verdiana Ngowi attended the Tanzania Board of Material Management from 2009 to 2015, where they obtained a Diploma in Procurement/Logistic and Material. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, they studied at the University of Cape Town and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
