Laetitia Christiaens is a Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development Partner at FSMA with extensive experience in HR policies, staff relations, and HR legal matters. Prior to this, Laetitia worked as a Consultant at Vialegis specializing in the recruitment of legal and tax professionals. Before their consulting roles, Laetitia worked as a Lawyer at Theuwissen, Ketsman, Appelmans & C° and Decloedt Advocaten. Laetitia holds a DPO certification from the Data Protection Institute in Mechelen, as well as postgraduate qualifications in recruitment and selection from Lessius Hogeschool Antwerpen. Laetitia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Notary from KU Leuven and a law degree from Luiss Guido Carli University and KU Leuven.
