Gus van der Feltz has a diverse work history spanning various industries. Gus is currently serving as the Senior Business Development Manager at FSO Instruments, specializing in optical-communication components and systems. Prior to this role, Gus was a Board Member and Managing Director at Blue Plasma, a company focused on developing applications of Cold Atmospheric Plasma for sustainable cleaning and disinfection. Gus also held the position of Interim CEO at 30MHz, a company delivering digital solutions for the horticulture industry. Gus's experience includes co-founding and serving as the Chair at FarmTech Society, as well as being the Managing Director of Blue Plasma at Blue Engineering BV, where they worked on commercial development of controlled cold plasma technology. Gus also worked as the Head of Member Relations at the Association for Vertical Farming and served as the Global Director of City Farming at Philips Horticulture. In addition, Gus has experience as the Founder and Co-Creator of ParPilot Golf, a mobile golf application, and held the role of CCO at Simax International.
Gus van der Feltz earned an MBA in Business from INSEAD in 1998. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Applied Physics (ir MSc) from Delft University of Technology from 1987 to 1993. Gus also briefly attended DePauw University in 1986 for Liberal Arts studies. Gus van der Feltz completed their VWO (pre-university education) at RSG FA Minkema from 1981 to 1986. Their early education took place at Kievietschool from 1973 to 1980.
