Role Overview
The Graduate Business Consultant supports the delivery of important business-focused services as part of FSP’s client engagements. In this role you will have the opportunity to identify and develop your skills as a consultant by managing the successful implementation and adoption of technology & business changes in a way that works for our clients and their businesses, enabling them to solve their challenging business problems.
This role will rotate through FSP’s business-focused roles within the Change Delivery Group, allowing you to gain exposure to multiple projects, clients, and sectors. These roles include:
Delivery Management
Business Analysis
Change Consultancy
You will have the opportunity to shape your role, gaining the varied & well-rounded experience needed to be successful for a future career in Change Delivery.
Responsibilities
Support in the delivery of innovative technology solutions through project and product led approaches
Analyse and prioritise use cases and business requirements
Design detailed user journeys and develop high quality project specifications
Support in the development of vision, strategy, and objectives for product teams
Support in leading projects from conception through to completion
Support in the delivery of organisational change activities including change consultancy, training delivery & business communications
Managing stakeholder expectations and applying governance techniques to deliver success for both FSP and our clients
Build high-value and long-lasting relationships with clients, developing an understanding of their business and their industry
Support business growth by helping to identify opportunities to expand engagement with clients
About you
Degree in relevant subject area
Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
Able to rapidly build rapport and enjoy interacting with others
Keen interest in technology and possessing good IT skills
Enjoys the challenge of a dynamic and fast-paced environment
