Darren Rose

Partner, Managed Services at FSP

Darren Rose has extensive work experience in the IT and service management field. Darren is currently working as a Partner, Managed Services at FSP since June 2023. Prior to this, they were a Service Management Consultant at FSP from September 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining FSP, Darren worked at VINCI Construction UK for a significant period. Darren held various roles, including Central Services Operations Director from January 2021 to August 2022, IT Service Director from July 2018 to December 2020, Service Delivery Manager from November 2014 to July 2018, and Service Desk Manager from April 2007 to November 2014. In addition, they were temporarily assigned as a Test Manager for a Major CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) Software deployment, overseeing the final phase of testing from November 2011 to February 2012.

Darren's career started at CSC in 2004, where they worked as a Service Desk Team Leader from October 2004 to April 2006 and later as a Service Desk Operations Manager from April 2006 to April 2007.

Darren Rose attended Manshead Upper School from 1992 to 1997. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study. Later, from 1998 to 2001, they attended Loughborough University, where they earned a degree in Fine Art with a focus on Digital Media, Film, and Fine Art.

In terms of additional certifications, Darren obtained their ITIL Foundation V3 certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in October 2007. In December 2010, they earned a Foundation Certificate in Green IT from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained several ITIL Lifecycle certifications, including Service Operations in July 2014, Continual Service Improvement in November 2014, Service Strategy in January 2015, Service Transition in February 2015, and finally, Lifecycle Service Design in November 2015. Darren'smost recent certification is the ITIL 4 Managing Professional, which they obtained from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2021.
