David Curran

David Curran is an experienced professional in organizational development and change management, currently serving as Group Director of Organisational Development and Partner in Digital Change & Adoption at FSP since September 2018. With a background that includes significant roles at Fujitsu, such as Head of User Adoption for Oracle, David has a proven track record in leading teams, setting strategic direction for large-scale change initiatives, and enhancing user experience. Prior to this, David operated as a Learning and Development Consultant, collaborating with notable clients including Telefonica and Marks & Spencer. David began a career in training at O2 UK, where leadership in training and development positioned David well for future roles. An MBA graduate from the University of the West of Scotland, David combines academic expertise with extensive practical experience to drive effective change within organizations.
