Frazer Mulholland

Frazer Mulholland has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Frazer most recently worked as a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant at FSP starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant | Cloud Engineering at Avanade from January 2022 to July 2022.

From 2018 to 2021, Frazer worked at Intergence Ltd as a Digital Transformation Consultant. In this role, they provided architectural and engineering expertise to support consulting and deployment teams. Frazer was responsible for designing, implementing, and transitioning digital services to cloud-based solutions and platforms. Their responsibilities also included being a technical architect, consultant, pre-sales consultant, Microsoft solutions lead, and leading Proof of Concepts for new solutions.

Before Intergence Ltd, Frazer worked at RNLI from 2014 to 2018. Frazer held two roles during their time there. First, as an Infrastructure Support Analyst (Data Centre), they supported over 400 servers and acted as infrastructure and 3rd line support for over 14,000 users. Frazer also worked on various projects involving Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Sharepoint, BI, SCCM, and ITSM. Later, they served as an IT Service & Support Analyst, overseeing over 12,000 user accounts and managing IT operations across multiple locations.

Earlier in their career, Frazer worked at Web Plan Ltd as an IT Engineer, providing technical support for hardware and software projects and maintaining cloud-based services and bespoke applications. Frazer also gained experience as a Service Desk Analyst at Ageas, supporting users across multiple European sites.

Frazer's career started at Aspirations Academy Trust in 2013, where they initially worked in IT Support before becoming a Technical consultant for two new school projects. Frazer led IT projects, identified and scoped new educational technology, managed third-party support, and centralized ongoing IT support across the trust. Frazer was also responsible for implementing various technologies such as laser-based projectors, mobile technology solutions, and cloud-based virtualization using the Windows Azure platform.

Before joining Aspirations Academy Trust, Frazer worked at Ashdown Technology College from 2007 to 2013. Their role there encompassed all aspects of IT support, including network installation, helpdesk management, software packaging, training, and problem resolution. Frazer also took on additional responsibilities as acting IT Manager and Data Manager and served as a technical lead for a multi-million pound project.

Overall, Frazer Mulholland has gained significant experience in various IT roles, including consultancy, support, project management, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies.

Frazer Mulholland attended Poole Grammar School, where they studied without obtaining a degree or majoring in a particular field. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in April 2017.
