Laynie Osborn has over a decade of experience in commercial operations and account management, currently serving as the Commercial Operations Lead at FSP since January 2014, where previous responsibilities included the role of Account Manager. Prior to this position, Laynie worked as an Account Manager at Trinity Expert Systems from December 2009 to December 2013, and earlier as a Consultant while self-employed from February 2007 to December 2009. Laynie's career in the industry began as a Senior Statistical Services Officer at the Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA) from September 2003 to August 2006. Educational achievements include a BTEC in Computer Programming from Warwickshire College (1997-2000) and foundational studies at Rugby High Grammar School (1993-1997).
