Tom Gibson

Tom Gibson is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in service management and delivery. Currently serving as a Managed Services Delivery Manager at FSP since April 2023, Tom previously held various leadership roles, including Head of Service Design, Transition and Portfolio, and Service Desk Manager at PMC Retail from April 2015 to February 2023. Prior experience includes IT Service Desk Manager at GroupM, ICT Manager UK at CLC World Resorts & Hotels, Head of IT for Europe and Asia Pacific at Whitney Group, and Senior IT Technician at Mace Group. Tom's educational background includes a BA HONS in Technical Theatre Studies from Middlesex University and A Levels in English, Theatre Studies, and Media Studies from Stanmore Sixth Form College.
