Helping women 50 and Older: LA50 ( Life After 50) Reinventing Yourself started as a symposium and now has evolved into a movement. LA50 is designed especially for women 50 and older with a focus of helping women create a life that brings joy and peace of mind at this stage of life.

In addition to her coaching and teaching roles, Sarita specialize in Learning and Development for corporate training concentrating on harnessing soft skills to developing leaders and build high-performing teams. She has designed over 17 courses focused on leadership and soft skills development. Strategies for her clients are never a one-size-fits-all solution.
