Kelli van Fossen

Kelli Van Fossen began their work experience in 2007 as an Associate at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. In 2010, they joined FST Logistics as a Human Resources employee and later became the Director of Human Resources in 2022.

Kelli Van Fossen obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Ecology, with a focus on Early Childhood Education, from The Ohio State University. Kelli also holds additional certifications such as "Notary Public" obtained in June 2019, and various LinkedIn certifications in topics such as "Balancing Innovation and Risk," "Boosting Your Team's Productivity," "Coaching New Hires," "Creating a Culture of Collaboration," "Digital Body Language," "Managing Your Emotions at Work," "Strategic Thinking," and "HR as a Business Partner." In 2021, they obtained the certification of "Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner" from Prosci.
