Noemi Montaruli

Noemi Montaruli serves as the Head of Human Resources and Organization at FSTechnology SpA since April 2023. Prior to this role, Montaruli was the Head of Human Resources for Central and Southern Italy at Trenitalia S.p.A. from November 2020 to April 2023, focusing on personnel management and labor relations. Montaruli has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having led recruitment and candidate experience initiatives for Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane from July 2009 to April 2017, as well as managing selection processes during earlier roles within the same group.
