Donna Mack Crowell has a strong background in the financial industry, with over 30 years of experience. Donna began their career at Barnett Banks, Inc. in 1981, where they served as Director of Retail Service Delivery for 16 years. Donna then joined First Alliance Bank FSB as SVP of Retail Banking and Operations for a year. In 1998, they became a Senior Consultant at Thomas Consulting, Inc. before moving on to NetBank in 2001. At NetBank, they held the position of Director of Market Management, where they led the growth of the Strategic Alliance program and established a new business unit for outsourced mortgage origination services. Donna then joined FSV Payment Systems in 2007 as SVP of Product Development, Marketing, Web Design, and Project Management. Throughout their career, Donna has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on driving business growth and development.
Donna Mack Crowell has an MBA in Finance and Banking from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Donna also has a BA in French Language and Civilization from the University of Iowa. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Master Certified Mortgage Banker from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
