Chung Li

Chung Li is an experienced accountant specializing in real estate, with a focus on both development and property management. They have served in various roles, most recently as Controller at F&T GROUP since 2025, and previously as Controller for Affordable Housing & New Development at Acacia Network and as an Assistant Controller at L3C Capital Partners LLC. Chung's background includes extensive knowledge in full cycle accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting, honed during their tenure at Hines and RXR Realty. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Public Accounting and a minor in Law at Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
