Jeanna Bauer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sales management within the solar and technology industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Strategic Sales at FTC Solar, Inc. since January 2025, Jeanna has previously held senior roles at Quick Mount PV and IronRidge, where strategic account management was a focus. With a background in channel management and sales strategy from Advanced Energy, Ontility, and Advanced Green Technologies, Jeanna has a proven track record in developing partnerships and driving revenue growth. Prior to these roles, experience includes significant contributions as a Partner at Bauer Construction Company and as District Sales Manager at ASI-The IT Network. Jeanna's career began in high-tech distribution with MAS Inc., where success in reactivating markets was achieved.
