Marie-Louise Holck Christensen

Marie-Louise Holck Christensen is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Since April 2009, Marie-Louise has served as the Head of Human Resources at FTFa, focusing on areas such as organizational transformation, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior roles include Consultant at Danske Regioner, where leadership and organizational development were key responsibilities, and as a Human Resource Assistant at GN Store Nord, handling various HR functions. In addition to a Master of Science in Business and Communication from Roskilde University, Marie-Louise possesses multiple certifications in project management, change management, and digital transformation, as well as experience as a group fitness instructor at SATS since May 2000.
