Alec Bounds

Alec Bounds currently serves as a Managing Director at FTI Consulting since July 2024. Prior to this role, Alec was the Senior Operating Director and Interim VP of Procurement at Beckway from October 2021 to July 2024, where the focus was on enhancing the value of privately held businesses. From March 2017 to October 2021, Alec acted as Chief Procurement Officer at Mirion Technologies, Inc., leading global procurement across 15 sites and managing significant external spend. Previously, Alec directed global procurement infrastructure at Kimberly-Clark, delivering substantial savings and process improvements. With experience at Insight Sourcing Group and Kearney, Alec has a strong background in operations consulting and procurement transformation, consistently achieving significant savings across various industries. Alec began a career as a Business Analyst at The Coca-Cola Company after completing a Master of Business Administration at Emory University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Hampden-Sydney College.
